Listee operates with a "Privacy-First" approach.

Your Listing Data: All automation (scraping, copying, pasting) happens locally on your browser. We do not see or store your Vinted passwords, messages, or inventory.
Your Account Data: We store only your Name, Email, and License Status securely in the cloud to verify your subscription.
Your Payments: Processed 100% by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

1. Introduction

The "Listee" Chrome Extension ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act, and Google Chrome Web Store policies.

2. Data We Collect & Store

2.1 Account Information (Cloud Storage)

To manage your subscription and license, we use Google Authentication and Firebase. We collect and securely store:

Email Address & Name: Provided via Google Sign-In to create your user profile.
User ID: A unique identifier to link your account to your payment status.
License Status: Whether your subscription is "Active," "Trialing," or "Expired."

2.2 Payment Information (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Listee does not store or have access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. We only receive a confirmation ("Paid" or "Unpaid") to unlock the extension's features.

2.3 Automation Data (Local Storage Only)

To perform the relisting automation, the extension temporarily accesses content from the specific Vinted web pages you visit. This includes:

Item Titles and Descriptions
Item Photos (temporarily processed to ensure uniqueness)

This data is stored locally in your browser's memory (`chrome.storage.local`) solely for the purpose of transferring it from the "Old Item" tab to the "New Item" form. It is not sent to our servers and is deleted or overwritten immediately after use.

3. Permissions Explained

We require specific browser permissions to function. Here is exactly why we need them:

identity: Required to securely log you in via your Google Account and verify your Pro license status.
activeTab / scripting: Required to "read" the details of the item you are relisting and "write" them into the new form.
storage / unlimitedStorage: Required to temporarily hold the high-resolution images of your items while transferring them between tabs.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate securely:

Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database storage of license status. (Privacy Policy)
Stripe: Used for all payment processing. (Privacy Policy)

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication between the extension and our cloud services (Firebase/Stripe). Your authentication tokens are handled securely via Chrome's native Identity API.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored in our database (Email/License status). To exercise these rights, or to delete your account entirely, please contact us at the email below.

Note: Uninstalling the extension will immediately remove all local automation data from your browser.
